40BC Reflection

Title: I survived hurricane Katrina
Author: Lauren Tarsish
Illustrator: Scott Dawson
I rate this book 10/10 because it is detailed and it is nonfiction.
This book is about hurricane Katrina and how he survived it and it all started with him getting bullied then he wants to move and when the hurricane hits and wips out the whole suburb that he lives in and he is the only survivor in that suburb. Then when it is gone he goes to his house and it is destroyed.

  1. Hi Alex, I really like the way you described what the book is about. But maybe next time you could put more punctuation in the paragraph you wrote about the book.

  2. Kia Ora Alex it's Kaleb here. This is a great 40BC reflection. This reminds me of when I read I survived the shark attacks of 1916. Maybe next time you could tell us what your favorite part of the book was. How many of the I survived books have you read and what is your favorite one?
