Literacy: For literacy this week we got to choose our own topic to write about. I chose the great London fire because I thought it would be a cool topic. First we had to take notes and next week we are going to write about it. Here are my notes so far.
Great fire of London
- September 2nd 1666
- king's bakery
- king Charles the 2nd
- biggest fire in 1666
- 13000 houses destroyed
- Amazingly only 6 people died
- 150 hectares of land was burnt (1.5 million square meters
- The smoke can be seen 54 miles away
