Week3 term 3 reflection Olympics

Olympics

I found finding the information hard for the para Olympian because there is not a lot of trustworthy websites. I found 2 untrustworthy websites and the tricked me on what country they are from. I learnt a new skill of finding New  Zealand  athlete  information and how to double check your information. The most interesting fact that I learnt is that there is 28 para Olympians at the 2016 Rio Olympics now. These are the Olympics tasks that I did this week.

Week1 Tearm3 Reflection

Fractions

For this week I have been doing fractions form my maths and I found it quite hard.

Next step that I want to learn is multiplying fractions.

Olympics

For Olympics we had to do a spread sheet with the country's in the right continents. I found this quite hard because there where 208 country's in the 2016 Olympics . 
Next time I want to get more than I got done with my group.

Mihi

For the Mihi we are learning with Whaea Katie and learning Maori  and I found this quite fun because there is a game we play called paper scissors rock

just in Maori.

Term 3 Week 2 reflctions

Olympics

This week we have been working on the Olympics. We had to do three New Zealand athletes and three country's that are going to the 2016 Rio Olympics. This is fun because you find out a bit of information that you didn't know of players and country's. The easy bit about it is finding the country not the in formation but it is not that easy finding the information.

week 8 reflection

Word work

 For word work I had to put my spelling words in my sentences.
I found this quite easy.

Writing

For writing I had to commas for clauses and I found this quite easy because I know how to use comma's and I know whee the commas go.
I was learning to put commas where I think they go.

Reading 

For reading I had to make the sentences make sense. Because there was a word missing out of it.
I found this easy.
I learnt how to make a sentence make senses by putting the right word in it.

     

Numeracy

For numeracy this week I had to do a digital learning object and I had to put decimals on a number line in it and ordering decimals, What is a decimal and what is place value.
I found it really hard.

Week 7 Reflection

Writing

For writing we had to show not tell and I found this quite hard because I couldn't think of what to do and I learnt how to show not tell.

Numarecy

For numeracy I had to do a screen Castify with one of the decimal match up games. I found this hard but not that hard.

Word work

For word work I had to do sentences with my words in it. I found this easy.

Reading

For reading this week I had to change words into different words. I found this hard.
